Cleaning and pest control in Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha, out of one business, with the prices on the site.

Seventeen years on the carpet side, twelve of them here, and seven on the pest side. Everything below is us, not a subcontractor.

Cleaning

Carpet cleaning. Ordinary family carpet, mostly. A few years of feet, a dog that sleeps in the same spot, a passage gone darker than the room.
Commercial carpet cleaning. Offices, shops, gyms and hotels, worked around your trading hours.
Couches and chairs. Couches, dining chairs, mattresses and headboards. We test the fabric before anything gets wet.
Rugs. Persian, wool, jute, shaggy. Dusted on a shaker table and washed at our place, then brought back.
Chimney sweeping. Creosote out of the flue before the burning season, and whatever moved in over summer.

Cockroach control. Inspection, flush and vacuum, baiting and a return visit a week later.
Bed bug treatment. Identify the pest, inspect its hiding places and plan treatment with follow-ups.
Rat and mouse control. Find the routes in, assess exclusion and check rodent activity over time.
Flea treatment. Property treatment, separate pet treatment and a planned seven-day follow-up.
Bird control and proofing. Roof access, nest location and the practical limits of bird proofing.
Bird-lice treatment. Inspect the roof source and activity inside before planning treatment.
Commercial pest control. Once-off work or recurring visits, reporting and a quote for the site.
Spider control. Assess the activity inside and outside, and explain what needs treating.
Silverfish control. Cupboard and moisture checks, preparation and the usual two-visit plan.

Wood borer inspection and certificate. The one the bank or the attorney asked for, with a deadline attached.

Water damage and flood drying. Extraction and drying after a burst geyser or a flood. Phone for this one rather than message.
