These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, websites, and systems, including any integrations with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) or Odoo (“Services”).

1. Who We Are
True Clean is a professional cleaning, pest control, and gas installation company based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), South Africa.
We also develop and maintain digital tools and integrations (including WhatsApp and Odoo connections) to improve communication and service delivery.
2. Use of Our Services
You may use our Services only as permitted by law and these Terms.
You agree not to misuse our systems, attempt to access data without authorization, or interfere with other users’ access.
If you use our WhatsApp or Meta-connected services, you must also comply with Meta’s Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business policies.

- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
- Odoo (Business ERP system)
We only access or process data necessary to perform requested functions, such as:
- Sending or receiving WhatsApp messages
- Synchronizing customer and order data between Odoo and WhatsApp
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

- Using the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies
6. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to provide reliable and secure integrations, True Clean is not liable for:
- Errors caused by third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, Odoo, WhatsApp)
- Data loss or downtime outside our control
- Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence
Use of our integrations is at your own risk.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable laws
- Meta or Odoo suspend your connected account
- We discontinue or update the Service
8. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the new Terms.
