What we charge
We put our prices on the site because the other way round is miserable for everybody. Everyone else makes you book a visit before anybody will say a number.
So here they are. Everything includes VAT.
A price only moves for two reasons: a room much bigger than standard, or something that wants a second pass. Either way you’ll hear it from us before we start, not on the invoice afterwards.
The smallest job we take is R690. One bedroom or one rug on its own still comes to that, because it’s a trip out and a machine set up either way.

Where the full tables are
Every size, every combination and every follow-up price sits on the page for that service. They are not repeated here, so there is only ever one table to check.
- Carpet. By bedroom count, the combinations people usually book, and what adding a room costs.
- Couches, chairs and mattresses. Couches and sets, chairs, dining chairs, ottomans, mattresses, office chairs.
- Rugs. By size and by type, plus collection and delivery.
- Chimney. By storey count.
- Pest control. Cockroaches, ants, bed bugs, fleas and ticks, bird lice and bird proofing, each with its follow-up price.
- Wood borer. Inspection and certificate.
Travel
Gqeberha is in the price. Everywhere else has a travel charge on top, charged once per visit rather than per room or per rug, so a big job doesn’t get punished for being far away.

What we quote instead of listing
Not evasion. These are the jobs where one number on a page would mislead you, because the work genuinely isn’t the same twice.
- Water damage. A geyser in a passage and a storm through a whole ground floor are not the same job. It comes down to how much water went down, how far it went, and how long the equipment has to stay in the house.
- Commercial cleaning. Square metres, access, and whether it has to happen after hours.
- Rodent control. The size of the building, how many bait stations it needs, and how much closing up there is at the end.
- Bird proofing. Beyond nest removal and closing two holes, it depends on the building.
All of them work the same way. We tell you what we think it’ll take before we start, and once we’ve quoted, that’s the price.
