Nothing here is meant to be clever. If something in it doesn’t match what you were told on the phone, what you were told on the phone is what we’ll stand by.

Prices and quotes
- Every price on this site includes VAT. There’s no separate number waiting at the end.
- You get the price before we start. That is a rule for us, not a courtesy.
- Some work is quoted per property rather than listed: rodent control, commercial carpet cleaning and bird proofing. We come and look, then quote.
- Outside Gqeberha there is a travel charge on top. Those are listed on the prices page.
- There’s a minimum charge of R690 on a job, because a call-out costs the same whether it is one room or three.
- Prices on this site can change. The price we quote you for your job is the one that applies.
Booking, and what we need from you
We’ll agree a time and we need access to the property at it. If that changes, tell us as early as you can and we’ll move it.
For pest control there are a few things that have to happen on the day, and the treatment doesn’t work properly otherwise:
- Everyone and every pet out of the house for at least 90 minutes after we spray.
- Fish tanks covered, because otherwise the fish don’t make it.
- No washing the floors for a week afterwards. Vacuuming is completely fine.
For cleaning work, we test fabric and rug dyes before anything gets wet. If a test says a piece can’t safely be cleaned, we’ll tell you rather than take the risk with it.
Payment terms are agreed with you before the work starts.
What we’ll tell you
- If something isn’t going to come out, you’ll hear it while we’re standing there looking at it, not afterwards.
- We won’t take a job we already know we can’t fix.
- You’ll hear about anything that came up before we leave, not in a message two days later.
- Pest follow-ups aren’t automatic. Some jobs need one and plenty don’t. We’ll tell you honestly which yours is, and follow-up prices are listed alongside the treatment prices.
- On a wood borer inspection, if the damage is old and dead and needs nothing done to it, that is what the report says.

We’d far rather hear about it from you than read it somewhere later, and most things are fixable if we know about them early. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
Your information
We ask for your name, your number, your area and what needs doing, because we can’t quote without them. What happens to that afterwards is set out in full on the privacy page, including what this website itself stores about you, which is nothing.
We handle personal information in line with POPIA, the Protection of Personal Information Act.
